History of CTS, LLC
COMM TeleTraffic Solutions, LLC (CTS, LLC) began as Computerised Business Systems, Inc. (CBSi) in 1982 by Charlie G. Hinders, a 25 year veteran of the telecommunications industry.

The first program developed by CBSi was called CTS Plus, one of the first of its kind in the telecommunications industry. The program was compatible with Redcom, Nortel, Siemens, and EWSD switching equipment. Since then, CTS Plus has become CTS 2000 and now goes by the name CTS PRO. CTS PRO is now compatible with the MetaSwitch. Users applaud the flexibility of the system, its ease of use and the reports format.

CTS, LLC now offers revenue assurance consulting. In the company’s 30-year history, we have assisted telephone companies throughout the United States and internationally.
